My background in business management started when I was 17 – balancing college courses and two jobs – when I was promoted to shift manager at Pacific Sunwear (now simply PacSun). I have a knack for identifying inefficiencies and, in turn, developing and implementing new, more efficient processes. This skill, along with people development, has taken me from the part-time jobs in college, to independently building a startup roofing company in Savannah, GA, and now managing the administrative team of Windermere Kirkland in WA. I’ve enjoyed learning the real estate industry and all of its intricacies in the business world. I find joy in discovering new ways to meet the needs of over 50 brokers in our office. My team and I are a cohesive group of problem-solvers ready to help you take your business to the next level.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me spending time with my fourteen-year-old daughter, Holland, or on a mountainside somewhere. My daughter and I enjoy our church community and participate in multiple church functions throughout the week. Holland takes riding lessons so we spend a bit of our time at the barn as well, where she hones her skills and I cuddle the mini horses and donkeys. I’m a serious animal-lover! Last year, I also joined Snohomish County Volunteer Search and Rescue, combining my passions of hiking and helping others.
Wherever our paths cross, I look forward to meeting you and hearing your story as well.
